Cargo and courier services company Gati has allotted 25 lakh warrants, which are convertible into an equal number of equity shares, to Mahendra Investment Advisors.According to a release issued by Gati to the BSE today, the warrants are convertible into equity shares of Rs 2 each at a premium of Rs 82.60 per share.
