GETIT launches yellow pages for Ludhiana

GETIT Infomediary Ltd released the second edition of Ludhiana GETIT Yellow Pages and Corporate Pages 2005-06 here on Friday.
 
"We have got an overwhelming response from the Ludhiana market and are growing at a rate of about 30 per cent in Punjab. By the end of this fiscal, we would like to maintain the same growth rate."
 
The company has commenced operations in Chandigarh and the first Yellow Pages issue would be released in early 2006.
 
"Our growth rate has almost doubled in new markets like Ludhiana, whereas our average growth stands at around 15 per cent. In terms of advertisements we have grown by 15-20 per cent. Even in Chandigarh we will look at similar distribution patterns," said K Balasubramanian, general manager (marketing), GETIT Infomediary.
 
GETIT INfomediary has around 15,300 business listings in Ludhiana. Talking about the products, Balasubramanian said, "We have strong export products and have a tie-up with the National Centre of Trade Information (NCTI).
 
"We will commence distribution after Diwali and sell individually to every business house. Extensive marketing is needed. It has been our constant endeavour to bring buyers and sellers together."
 
"We also bring out "INDEX", an exporters' directory; GETIT business book; and all-India Industrial and Commercial Yellow Pages and www.tradeget.com, a trade portal," he added.
