According to a release issued by Gammon India to the BSE, GIPL has privately placed 1.60 crore equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 75.88 per share, including premium of Rs 65.88 per share. This represents 12.5% of post issue paid up share capital of GIPL.
