GlaxoSmithkline Pharmaceuticals has posted a net profit of Rs 46.91crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2005 as compared to Rs 63.98 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2004. According to a release issued to the BSE today, total Income has decreased from Rs 371.74 crore in Q1-04 to Rs 289.95 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2005.The figures for the three months ended March 31, 2004 include the figures of erstwhile Burroughs Wellcome India.
