The Nikkei has dropped 131 points to 17,325. The Hang Seng has slipped 46 points to 16,475.The Dow Jones added 21 points to 11,141. The Nasdaq was down six points at 2333.The Indian ADRs ended on a mixed note. MTNL has soared 4% to $8.94. Infosys and Satyam tumbled over 1% each to $75.10 and $38.71, respectively. ICICI Bank was down nearly 1% at $27.95.
