Five new towers, each ground plus 12 storeys tall, will offer affordable one bedroom-hall-kitchen apartments each measuring 600 square feet at prices starting from Rs 16.5 lacs.
GGC is located off SG Highway and is within Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) limits.

Off late, both the real estate industry and the state government have announced a slew of affordable home projects in Gujarat. On one hand, the state government, as promised in assembly polls manifesto, plans to start work for building 1,20,000 homes for the year 2013-14.
On the other hand, organised real estate players like Tata Housing, Adani Township & Real Estate, DBS Affordable Home Strategy Ltd. and Arvind Real Estate have announced low cost housing schemes for low and middle income groups.
Almost all the players are offering residential properties in the sub Rs 20 lakh category, thereby catering to the lower income group (LIG) and middle income group (MIG).
