Goetze, Ipca Labs, Ingersoll & Jubilant Orgnet Q3 results

Auto components firm Goetze India Ltd (GIL), reported a profit before tax of Rs 9.09 crore during the third quarter (Q3) ended December 31, 2004""an increase of 76 per cent compared to the same period last fiscal.
 
In Q3, the company went live with an implementation of SAP at all its plants which would allow the end-users at GIL to perform reporting and analysis functions without significant IT support in future.
 
Goetze's revenues in Q3 grew 10 per cent to Rs 106 crore from Rs 96 last fiscal.
 
Ipca Labs net up 10%
 
Ipca Laboratories has posted a 9.79 per cent rise in net profit to Rs 23.77 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2004 compared with Rs 21.65 crore for the quarter ended 31 December 2003.
 
Total income (net of excise and sales tax) has increased from Rs 159.41 crore in the third quarter of last fiscal to Rs 182.48 crore for the quarter ended 31 December 2004.
 
Ingersoll net down 48%
 
Ingersoll Rand India has posted a 47.92 per cent drop in net profit to Rs 7.41 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2004, compared with Rs 14.23 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2003.
 
Total income decreased from Rs 129.92 crore to Rs 124.73 crore for the December , 2004 quarter.
 
Jubilant Orgnet up 20%
 
Jubilant Organosys reported a 20 per cent increase in its net profit at Rs 27 crore during the third quarter ended December 31, 2004, compared with the same period last fiscal.
 
According to the company an almost doubling of revenues from international markets in the current fiscal had led to the improved performance.
 
Jubilant's sales in Q3 increased 27 per cent to Rs 287 crore on the back of increased income from pharmaceuticals and life science chemicals as well as industrial chemicals.
