The prices will range from Rs 50 lakh to Rs 85 lakh. Gokhale Constructions is one of the larger players in the re-development projects within the city.
“Go Right initiative is specifically targeted at all those customers who are looking forward for homes of optimum sizes at prime locations in the city with an added benefit of a special price that is lower than the market price to suit their budget,” said Vishal Gokhale, chairman and managing director,Gokhale Constructions.

Under this initiative 1 RK (studio), 1, 1.5 and 2 BHK flats of sizes ranging between 350 and 750 square feet shall be offered at some of the most sort after residential locations like Mayur Colony, Ideal Colony, Dahanukar Colony, Rambaug Colony, Gananjay Society, Karve Nagar, Prabhat Road, Sahakar Nagar, Walwekar Nagar, and Mukund Nagar. The per sq foot area rate in these areas varies from Rs 10,000 to Rs 18000.
“In the recent past, at majority of the prime locations in the city only large size flats were being offered, which did not suit the budget of a large chunk of customers who wanted to buy flats of optimum sizes and stay in such areas only, ‘Go Right’ will make an attempt to provide solution to such customers”, Gokhale added.
Despite the general slowdown witnessed across other major cities, Pune realty market has stood resilient mainly due to high demand from the IT/ITeS sectors. has seen a healthy mix of affordable and luxury projects launch in 2014. Data indicates that the new launched supply in Pune in 2014 was largely dominated by small and mid-sized projects (less than 500 units each) which comprised almost 90 per cent of the total project supply.
