Google's online home fest attracts builders

Google is all set to host the first edition of its Great Online Home Festival (GOHF). Many realty players are queuing up to join the bandwagon. This comes at a time when the realty sector is showing sure signs of slowing down indicated by falling demand for loans from builders and buyers. Realty players are also having to try innovative methods of pushing their inventory.

A recent trend of realty shopping going online has caught the interest of Google too. Keeping up with this trend, Bengaluru-based Chartered Housing is all set to showcase some of its best deals and offers for the first time on Google's Great Online Home Festival (GOHF).

The first edition of GOHF which will be on from July 18 to July 27. It is expected to have select units of Chartered Housing's latest projects enlisted. From the premium row-villa project, Chartered Grasshopper between Koramangala and Electronic City off Hosur road, to its apartment project Chartered Hummingbird on Kanakapura road, Chartered will look to offer unmatched deals for all its prospective buyers.

Speaking on the participation at the home festival, Bimal Hedge, Chief Executive Officer, Chartered Housing, said, "Chartered Housing, with its participation at GOHF is looking to adopt online engagement for the first time given it is an opportune time to concur with fast-changing consumer behaviour. We have always looked to partner mediums which match our core customer requirements. The deals on showcase have been customised for this 10-day festival and will be something that our customers must look out for."

Great Online Home Festival is conceptualised by MagicBricks, Google and GroupM.
