The government today offered Saudi Aramco a stake in three upcoming refineries at Bina, Bhatinda and Paradip.At a meeting between Petroleum Minister Murli Deora and his Saudi counterpart Ali Al-Niami, Saudi Aramco also invited Indian companies to invest in a refinery in the oil-rich kingdom.While BPCL is building the Bina refinery in Madhya Pradesh, HPCL is putting up a refinery at Bhatinda in Punjab and Indian Oil Corporation is setting up one at Paradip in Orissa.
