Delhi-based GTM Group is expanding in Jaipur in a big way. GTM Builders and Promoters Pvt Ltd, a part of the group, on Sunday launched its Rs 60-crores GTM Corporate and Institutional Hub project in Jaipur.

The project located on Tonk Road is being developed for commercial as well as institutional purposes.

"It is a unique concept, introduced in India for the first time, where one can mix work with leisure as it is a corporate hub with swimming pool and club house," Tushar Kumar, managing director, GTM Group, said.

The work is slated to start in 2 months and we hope to complete it in next 30 months, he added.

"This is our biggest project in Jaipur. The project is spread on a built up area of 11,965 square metres with facilities like landscaped parks, lifts in every tower, club with swimming pool in the complex, centrally air-conditioned mini mall and more," Kumar said.

The company is also considering setting up of a residential complex in Kukas near Jaipur. "We have already acquired 60,000 square yards of land for the Golf Greens project," he added.

"GTM has taken the lead for bringing Golf Greens concept in India. Golf Greens, a 7-star residential club cum golf course in Jaipur, is first in such series and many more are in the pipeline," Kumar said.

The project will have only 10-15 percent of constructed area, and the rest will be developed as green area. The apartments will have private splash pools besides all other modern amenities.

GTM has also a number of ongoing projects like "GTM Holiday Cottages" at Mukteswar, Uttaranchal, "GTM Residency Tower" at Gurgaon-Faridabad road, touching South Delhi.

Kumar said the group had plans to become a conglomerate of companies. The group is engaged in business of real estate and construction, blankets, jewellery and music.

The GTM Group is working on projects worth Rs 400 crores, he said. The group aims to reach a turnover of over Rs 1,200 crores within three years.
