GVK Power & Infrastructure (GVKPIL) today said that it has divested the entire stake in its wholly owned subsidiary GVK Aviation Pvt Ltd with effect from September 30.
GVK Aviation, incorporated on March 21, 2007, is engaged in the business of owning and chartering private aircrafts and helicopters.
The company's stock was trading at Rs 17.95, nearly 10 per cent down from Monday's close.
