Haldia-Fi Talks On Debt Recast In Last Lap

The debt restructuring process of the financially troubled Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd (HPL) is moving ahead with the company in the last lap of negotiations with financial institution (FIs).

HPL is busy giving final touches to its latest proposal expected to be sent to the consortium of FIs within few days. HPL has sent feelers to the FIs regarding the plan and now it is in the process to incorporate their views.
