Harrisons Malayalam today finalised the sale of 83.61 hectares (206.51 acres) of land forming part of the Nagamallay Estate situated at Thenmala Village in Kollam district of Kerala.According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the understanding with the buyer is that the property will be transferred as a functioning entity along with all its employees."The sale consideration is Rs 9.50 crore," the release added.
