The Calcutta High Court today directed the Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) not to give effect to any decision to be passed with regard to the restructuring of Jessop & Company Ltd for four weeks.
The Centre will approach the BIFR for sanction to hand over 72 per cent of Jessop
