Vardhman Spinning & General Mills has said that the High Court of Punjab & Haryana, Chandigarh has approved the scheme of arrangement & demerger of the company with Mahavir Spinning Mills on March 04, 2005.According to a release issued to the BSE, a formal copy of the order of High Court shall be received in due course.
