Hilton Hotels Corporation will have to pay Blackstone a fee of $560 million in case the company accepts a "superior proposal" than the $26 billion offer made by the private equity firm.According to a filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by Hilton today, "in certain other circumstances, the merger agreement provides for parent (Blackstone) to pay to the company a fee of $660 million upon termination of the merger agreement."Also Read: Blackstone checks in at Hilton with $26 bn deal
