HM opens its 3rd dealership in Chennai

Hindustan Motors on Wednesday opened its third dealership in Chennai, the investment for which is around Rs 60 lakh.
 
"The Ambassador is the right technology for a developing country like India. In 2004, we sold 12,500 Ambassadors. We expect a 15-20 per cent growth and will sell 15,000 cars this fiscal," said Ashwani Dubey, executive vice-president, Hindustan Motors.
 
Vishnu Cars is the third dealership in Chennai and 15th in Tamil Nadu. HM has a total of 107 dealers across the country. The new dealership is expected to sell 60-65 cars this month alone.
 
All the variants of Ambassador will be available for sale including Ambassador Classic, Grand, Avigo in petrol, diesel and LPG options.
