Home Solutions eyes Rs 3,000cr sales

Home Solutions Retail (India) Limited, part of the Future Group, is targeting to have nine 'Home Town', by this December, and expects to garner around Rs 3,000 crore annualised sales and institutional business from this concept thereof.

The company on Friday launched its first Home Town, its home making store, in south at Hyderabad and with this, it now has three stores including at Noida and Ahmedabad.

It would add six other stores by this year end, each entailing an investment of Rs 20 crore. A store each would be opened at Bangalore this week, and one at Pune during the first week of October, followed by Lucknow, Gurgaon, Thane and Kolkata.

Addressing the media, Mahesh Shah, CEO of Home Town, said, "Each of these stores, on an average, is expected to do a business of Rs 200 crore."
