Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today offered to provide all facilities for setting up of the Nano Car Project in Haryana after declaration of TATA to shift the project from West Bangal.
Replying to the call attention motion, on the ongoing monsoon session of Haryana Vidhan Sabha here, Hooda said that Haryana was ready to provide all possible facilities to TATA for setting up of their Nano Car Project in the state.
He said that new employment and other opportunities would be created for the development of the State if this project comes to Haryana.
He said that Haryana Government would make the land available in the State, if TATA decides to draw this prestigious project in Haryana.
Hooda said that Haryana has emerged as an automobile components hub with many automobile companies setting up their units in the state.
He said that Nano was a much awaited car.

The Chief Minister said that Haryana housed to more than 50 per cent car manufacturers of the country and has major share in manufacturing of motor cycle, cycle, tractors and refrigeration units in the state.
He said that Haryana emerged as a separate political entity of the Indian union in the year 1966 and in last 40 years around, Rs 40,000 crore of investment had been made in the state.
On the contrary, in last three and a half years Haryana has already witnessed an investment of Rs 40,000 crore and an investment of about Rs 90,000 crore was in pipeline.
He said that present Haryana Government had targeted an investment of Rs 2 lakh crore in industrial sector so that around 20 lakh people could get employment opportunities in the state.
