Hotel Leelaventure's 5-star property in Chennai up for sale

The 326 key five-star property is located in the main city

Hotel Leelaventure Ltd (HLVL) plans to sell its five-star property in Chennai. The company has appointed JM Financial Institutional Securities as financial advisor to facilitate the sale of the asset.

The property, which is one of the iconic hotel properties in Chennai, has 326 keys overlooking Bay of Bengal. The property built on sprawling 4.8 acres of land, which is owned by the company. Majority of the rooms and suites are overlooking the Bay of Bengal.

The inventory includes 232 deluxe city/ sea view rooms, eight premier rooms, 55 sea view rooms, 21 junior/ executive suites, two luxury suites, one grand suites and others.
