Halbis Capital Management, a part of HSBC Global Investment Funds (Mauritius) has acquired a 2.89% stake in oil major Ruchi Soya Industries.In a notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Ruchi Soya said that Halbis had picked up 1,054,596 shares in the company on December 26, 2006.
