Currently, Sunil Mantri has 60 million sq ft of land under development in 15 cities such as Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad among others. Another media conglomerate Times Group has 1.95 per cent stake in the company, which it picked up for Rs 60 crore and investment company IL&FS has invested Rs 75 crore in one of the Sunil Mantri companies.
Commenting on the deal, Sunil Mantri Realty's Chief Financial Officer Rajender Arora said:"the alliance will enable our company achieve further milestones in the future."
The company had recently signed an memorandum of understanding (MoU) with MSC Cyberport Sdn Bhd Malaysia to jointly collaborate in the development, construction, marketing and funding of Bandar MSC Cyberport, a 150-acre project.
