"So far, we have grown organically. We are seriously considering strategic acquisitions for our growth. Currently, we are in talks with one large US-based company and two small Indian companies," HTC Global Services President and CEO Madhava Reddy told reporters here.
Declining to reveal the companies, he said while one company was in "health-care" the other two are operating in mobility and the IT enabled services sector.

The company currently has three delivery centres and the fourth one has been set up at Vandalur near Chennai at an investment of Rs 100 crore, he said.
"This facility will house 4,500 employees. Investments made in this facility is about Rs 100 crore. We are planning to recruit 10,000 employees globally in the next three to five years", he said.
To a query, he said the company would add about 7,000 employees in its India operations while the remaining would be in other parts of the globe as part of its plans to add 10,000 people.
The delivery centres offers services in mobility, ERP, integration, big data analytics, infrastructure services, he said.
