Hutch Max unveils personalised service for new customers

This comes in the wake of the launch of their new numbering 9819 series. The service is available to only postpaid customers.

 
"This new service helps our customer to not only select a choice number but also to personalise it. This just makes it easy for the customer to communicate and remember his Orange number," says Harit Nagpal, vice-president, corporate marketing, Hutchison Max.

 
The new series will enable customers to have any number that they prefer, similar to their birthdays, house number, vehicle number, or even their own name.

 
The customer could ask the number of his choice from the retailer and activate it within 72 hours.

 
Hutchison Max Telecom has over 8.73 lakh subscribers. Hutchison Essar operates cellular services in ten circles covering 70 per cent of the country's population with high purchasing power-Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh (E) - and now has a combined subscriber base of over three million cellular subscribers.
