i-flex Solutions has completed the acquisition of US-based anti-money laundering and compliance software vendor Mantas for over Rs 561 crore($122.6 million).According to a release issued by i-flex today, S Ramakrishnan, CEO of Reveleus (a business of i-flex Solutions), will take on additional charge as CEO of Mantas.
