IBM, Infosys and Wipro have emerged the most preferred IT employers in the country according to an IT employer brand perception study conducted by Brand-comm.
Though Infosys and Wipro have managed to bag two of the top slots, multinational companies top the list when it comes to critical areas such as growth opportunities and compensation (top seven slots occupied by MNCs).
