The consolidated revenue for the fourth quarter ended March 15 was at Rs 8,422.5 crore against Rs 7,043.8 crore in the same period previous year, a growth of 19.5%.
Inspite of TRAI reducing the termination charge from earlier 20p/minute to 14p/minute from other telecom operators and no IUC charge on the calls originating or terminating to wireline networks, the sequential quarterly revenue has grown by 5% during the January-March quarter driven by 9.2 million Active Subscriber addition. There also has been a sharp expansion of voice minutes at a growth rate of 8.4% to 185 billion minutes and an 18.3% increase in mobile data volumes to 54.5 billion Megabytes, according to the company.

The average revenue per user (ARPU) has increased to Rs 179 during the fourth quarter. The voice rate realisation remained under pressure for the third successive quarter and declined by 7.1% to 33.9p/minute from 36.5p/minute in Q4 of FY14.
The average realisation per minute (ARPM) improved by 2.7% to 44.8p/minute in Q4FY15 from 43.6p/minute in Q4FY14 and non-voice revenues share increased to 24.5% this quarter against 16.5% in Q4FY14.
