iGATE Patni has extended its contract with ‘The Mosaic Company’ for providing global service desk support in English, Latin American, and APAC languages.

The company will leverage its delivery center in Pensacola, Florida to deliver English language support to Mosaic worldwide users. The extended contract is also expected to help generate additional jobs in Pensacola center for iGATE Patni. The centre currently employs more than 200 people.

Working with iGATE Patni allows us to establish 24x7 global support model to deliver improved customer service in multiple languages, enhanced service levels and business continuity. We chose iGATE Patni because of its clear commitment to our partnership, flexibility and proven technical and domain expertise.”

And on behalf of iGATE Patni, Robert Massie, head of sales for North America said, “This strengthened engagement is testimony to our strategic relationship with The Mosaic Company; a relationship built on customer centricity and aligned business goals. In line with our joint vision, this engagement will create employment opportunities in US.
