"We have already spent almost Rs one crore for the purpose," said registrar Sanjeev Kushalkar. "The central government has not released any fund to aid IIT Kanpur," he added.
"We are already through with the admission process for the 112 out of 120 seats of IIT Rajasthan. Eight seats are still vaccant for ST candidates," he said.
