IL&FS Investment Managers' net profit surged 19 per cent to Rs 73.85 crore compared to Rs 62.19 crore in FY09. Consolidated revenue went up 10 per cent to Rs 181.34 crore compared to Rs 164.16 crore in FY09. Final closing of a new infrastructure fund during the year was key driver for the the increase in net profit. The jump in revenues was led by increase in fund management fees.
IL&FS Investment Managers has declared a yearly dividend of Rs 1.50 per share with a pay out ratio of 90 per cent.
