Core sector funding agency Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS) and the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation have entered into a pact for conducting a feasibility study for the second phase of the Worli-Bandra sea link. The memorandum of understanding was inked on Monday.
The two agencies will jointly explore the possibility of constructing an additional link from Worli in central Mumbai to the Nariman Point and Cuffe Parade areas. These two plush areas in south Mumbai constitute the nerve centre of the city
