IL&FS Transportation Networks today reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 104.61 crore in the April-June quarter.
The net sales of the company was Rs 776 crore during the first quarter of the current fiscal year.
"As the company was listed in March 2010, the comparable figures for corresponding quarter ended June 30, 2009 have not been presented," IL&FS Transportation Networks said in a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
On stand alone basis, the company posted a net profit of Rs 73.72 crore in April-June quarter.
Shares of IL&FS Transportation closed at 299.40, down by 2.73 per cent on the BSE.
