IL&FS secures Rs 675 cr-project in Mumbai

Gets LoA from Neelkamal Realtor for constructing a high-rise residential project with 2.8 mn sq ft area

Engineering and construction company IL&FS Engineering Services has received Letter of Award (LoA) from Neelkamal Realtor Tower Private Ltd for construction of the latter's Orchid Heights, a high-rise residential project at Byculla, Mumbai, with a built-up area of around 2.8 million sft.

The total value of the contract is Rs 675 crore, and is expected  to be completed in 39 months.

This will be the first work in Mumbai for the company.

The timeline for committed scope of finishing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing  work would be during the course of execution that will further enhance the contract value.
