India Infoline Investment Services today said that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M N Singh and A K Purwar as independent Directors on the Board of the company.
Singh is a former Director-General of Police while Purwar is former Chairman of the State Bank of India.
"We are honoured to have both the gentlemen on the Board of India Infoline Investment Services Ltd," India Infoline's Chairman and Managing Director, Nirmal Jain, said in a press release issued here.
"I am sure their tremendous experience would bring in immense benefit to the opportunities and growth of the company in the future," he added.
