Indiabulls Financial Services and its subsidiary Indiabulls Finance Company Private Ltd have signed share subscription and shareholders agreement with Amaprop.According to a release issued by Indiabulls to the BSE, Amaprop has made an equity investment of Rs 130.97 crore in Indiabulls Finance Company. As per the terms and conditions Indiabulls Finance Company has issued 3,233,396 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Amaprop representing 42.5% shareholding in the Indiabulls Finance Company on June 07, 2005. Indiabulls Financial Services holds 4,375,000 shares in Indiabulls Finance Company for its investment of Rs 43.75 crore, representing 57.5% shareholding in the company, the release said further.
