Indo Rama Synthetics (India) today reported a 29.70% increase in net profit at Rs 33.67 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2005 when compared with Rs 25.96 crore in Q2FY05.According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, total income increased to Rs 478.21 crore in Q2FY06 from Rs 473.14 crore in Q2FY05. The board of directors of the company also cleared a proposal to raise up to $100 million (Rs 450 crore approx.) by issuing FCCBs/GDRs/ADRs today.
