Indoco Remedies today said it has acquired a 100% stake in City-based pharma company La Nova Chem (India).Following the acquisition, La Nova Chem has become a subsidiary of Indoco Remedies, as per a release issued to the Bombay Stock Exchange.La Nova Chem has a manufacturing facility at Patalganga, Maharashtra for manufacturing bulk drugs and drug intermediates, Indoco added.
