Infocity to build facility for HSBC

L&T Infocity Limited, a leading multi-dimensional engineering conglomerate, is constructing a built-to-suit facility for HSBC in Hyderabad.

A Ramakrishna, deputy managing director, L&T Infocity Limited, said that the facility would be around eight lakh square feet and would comprise of two buildings.

"The total cost of the project is estimated to be around Rs 200 crore and will be given on a nine-year lease to HSBC," he said. The project would be completed in the next 15 months.
