In the wake of a reported terror plot to target Infosys, N R Narayana Murthy, chief mentor, Infosys, today met Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil, and is understood to have discussed the matter with him.During the one-on-one meeting at Patil's residence, Murthy is also understood to have apprised the Home Minister of the security measures taken by the company to deal with any potential threat.There was no official word on what transpired at the meeting.The Karnataka Police recently arrested a suspected Pakistan-trained terrorist, hailing from Jammu and Kashmir, Imran Jalal, from whom they recovered, among other things, a Bangalore map with location of Infosys, Wipro and the Bangalore airport.Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumarasway had said soon after a police briefing then that the arrest had averted a possible terror plot to target these three places.
