Infosys Technologies, the country's second largest software exporter, is eyeing acquisition of companies that meet its criteria. "We do look at acquisitions as part of our growth strategy. For us to make an acquisition, the company has to meet our criteria. Till any acquisition is completed, we cannot comment," said Infosys CEO and MD S Gopalakrishnan here. On whether the company tried to acquire the French major, CapGemini, he said: "We cannot comment on market rumours. All I can say is that we do look at acquisitions as part of the company's strategy."
