INOX eyes Rajasthan market

Leading multiplex chain INOX is set to spread its wings in Rajasthan.
 
The company, after opening its mutiplex in Jaipur, is now planning to set up three more in Rajasthan""two in Jaipur and one in Jodhpur.
 
Manoj Bhatia, CEO INOX Leisure Ltd, said: "To reinforce our commitment to the state of Rajasthan, INOX will set up 2 additional properties in Jaipur (Crystal Palms & Benzer) and one in Jodhpur by 2008". Bhatia was here in connection with official re-launch of a renovated multiplex in the Pink City.
 
Bhatia claimed that INOX is all set to revolutionize the movie going experience of the people of Jaipur. INOX will re-open its multiplex at the Vaibhav Mall in Vaishali Nagar on Thursday with an all new look - in keeping with the high standards of INOX multiplexes across the country. INOX entered the Jaipur market after acquiring the Vaibhav multiplex in November 2005.
 
Developed in an area of 24,000 square feet, INOX Vaibhav has 2 auditoriums "Hollywood" and "Bollywood", which have a total capacity of 787 seats. Patrons have a wide variety of classes to choose from "Dress Circle, Balcony, Royal Box and the Royal Club". Patrons watching a movie in the Royal Club can enjoy the luxury of being served at their seats, he added.
 
To provide the correct viewing angles, each auditorium features wall-to-wall stadium-style seating and is also equipped with reclining seats and cup-holder armrests for enhanced comfort. Each auditorium is also equipped with the best in projection and acoustic systems, using the world's finest equipment and technology, he said.
 
To the consumer it signifies that the movie is seen and heard at optimum performance levels, just as the filmmaker would have intended.
 
Manoj Bhatia, said, "We have pulled out all the stops to ensure that our Jaipur property is at par with our other properties; thus ensuring that movie goers in Jaipur enjoy the same INOX experience".
 
In addition, the multiplex is equipped with a fully automated box office, with computerized ticketing situated at the ground level. Offering greater variety in theatre food, INOX has introduced its own 'concessions' (food) counter Refuel, which is a self-managed unit with menus offering a range of flavoured popcorn, combo meals, finger food and beverages.
 
INOX ushers in new standards in customer delight with more than 50 young, uniformed 'Inoxians', trained in ushering, box office, concessions and housekeeping, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience within the complex. High standards of hygiene and security within the complex complete the loop in providing world-class comfort.
 
Bhatia claimed that INOX Jaipur is a testament to the company's mission to create India's largest network of world class multiplex cinema theatres across all leading towns and cities of India and to be a leader in the Indian film exhibition industry.
 
INOX has a nation wide presence with 9 operational multiplexes, 35 screens, across 8 cities -  Mumbai, Pune, Vadodara, Goa, Jaipur, Kolkata (2 multiplexes) Bangalore and Indore.
 
INOX, in the six years of its existence, has emerged as one of the fastest growing multiplex chains in the country. INOX now plans to expand its network with new multiplexes in Hyderabad, Chennai, Lucknow, Vishakhapatnam, Raipur, Kolkata, Darjeeling, Bangalore and Jaipur.
