Intrasoft Technologies, a provider of e-card services, today listed with a premium of 3.44 per cent at Rs 150 on the National Stock Exchange.
After opening with a modest gain, the scrip surged by 15.44 per cent over its issue price of Rs 145 to touch a high of Rs 167.40 on the NSE.
On the Bombay Stock Exchange, Intrasoft shares opened at Rs 140, down by 3.44 per cent. After touching a low of Rs 123, the scrip recovered and touched a high of Rs 162, up 11.72 per cent on the BSE.
On the volume front, over one crore shares changed hands on the two bourses.
Intrasoft, which runs the portal, www.123greetings.Com, today listed its 1.47 crore shares on bourses.
The company had fixed the issue price of its initial public offer at Rs 145 per share, the upper end of its price range.
The Rs 53 crore IPO of Intrasoft was subscribed nearly 19 per cent with good response from both institutional and high networth investors.
The company had entered the primary market with an issue size of 37 lakh shares in the price range of Rs 137-145 per piece.
