IRB Infrastructure Developers will raise funds by further issue of securities.
In a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the company said, "It will consider raising funds in domestic and international markets through equity shares and warants with non-convertible debentures under qualified institutions placements".
The company will discuss these measures in its board meeting on October 30, the day it will declare its Q2 results.
On BSE, the company's shares were trading weak at Rs 249.30, down 0.84 per cent at IST 1141.
