Realty major IVR Prime Urban Developers was listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at Rs 456.25 per share - a discount of 17% to the offer price of Rs 550 a share. On the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the scrip opened at Rs 500 a share - a discount of 9% to the offer price.The scrip touched a high of Rs 495 before dropping to Rs 385 in morning trades. At 11.45hrs, the scrip was trading at Rs 444 on the NSE with a volume of over 67 lakh shares, and Rs 448.45 on the BSE with a volume of over 40 lakh shares.IVR had come out with an initial public offering of 14.15 million shares in a band of Rs 510-600 per share.
