According to a release issued by Hindustan Dorr-Oliver to the BSE today, in the process of acquisition of the company by IVRCL Infrastructure & Projects, E Sudhir Reddy, R Balarami Reddy and S C Sekaran have been appointed additional directors on the board of the company with effect from September 8, 2005.
"Ms. V M Chhabria and Ms. Komal C Wazir have resigned from the board with effect from September 10, 2005," the release added.
