The board of directors of IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects, which met on July 27, 2005, has increased the open offer price to shareholders of Hindustan Dorr-Oliver from Rs 146.50 to Rs 182 per share.According to a release issued by IVRCL to the BSE today, since the non-compete fee payable to the sellers of the shares was agreed to be waived, the fee payable as non-compete fee is now proposed to be paid as consideration for the shares.
