IVRCL wins Rs 1,097.57 cr of building, water, power orders

Its buildings division won contracts worth Rs 573.12 crore, while the water division bagged orders worth Rs 471.82 crore

Infrastructure firm IVRCL Ltd today said its building, water and power businesses have won contracts worth Rs 1,097.57 crore.
 
"The building division (India and UAE), water and power divisions of the company have bagged orders of the value of Rs 1,097.57 crore," Hyderabad-based IVRCL said in a statement.
 
According to the company, its buildings division won contracts worth Rs 573.12 crore, while the water division bagged orders worth Rs 471.82 crore. The power business secured Rs 52.63 crore of orders.

The orders include a Rs 368 crore (KWD 17.88 million) order from Kuwait's Zein Advanced Technology Co for the design, construction and maintenance of truck parking lots in Aljahra's Governorate. The project belongs to Kuwait's Ministry of Public Works.
 
IVRCL won a Rs 102.66 crore order from the Bihar government for extension of the Patna High Court and a Rs 51 crore project to build a cricket stadium in Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh.
 
The company bagged a Rs 311.15 crore order from Orissa Water Supply and Sewerage Board for construction of sewers in Bhubaneswar and a Rs 63.66 crore order from Assam Urban Infrastructure Investment Programme for setting up water supply main pipelines and allied works in Guwahati.
 
Shares of the company traded at Rs 16.30 on the BSE at 1502 hrs, up 0.62% from the previous close.
