Jaiprakash Power Venture (JPVL), the power vehicle of Jaypee Group, will merge with Jaypee Hydro in the next four to five months, a top company official said today.
"The merger is expected in the next four to five months and it would happen with the High Court route. We will approach the Shimla High Court after 18th of this month," Jaypee Associates Executive Chairman Manoj Gaur said.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of Jaypee Hydro will take place on August 18.
