Jamna Auto Industries today reported 38.28% jump in its consolidated net profit for the quarter ended December 31, 2010, at Rs 6.61 crore.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 4.78 crore in the corresponding period previous year, the auto component maker said in a statement.
The consolidated operational revenue also increased by 41.09% to Rs 239.24 crore from Rs 169.56 crore in the year-ago period, it added.
The board of the company also approved an interim dividend of 10%.
The shares of the company today closed 0.84% down at Rs 142.50 a piece on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
